The International Court of Justice (ICJ) in The Hague has kicked off its hearings on the legal consequences arising from policies and practices of Zionist-Israel in Palestine, including East Al-Quds. The public hearings were on the request of an advisory opinion, and will run from the 19th to the 26th February 2024 at the Peace Palace in The Hague, the seat of the Court. Fifty-two states and three international organisations have expressed their intention to participate in the oral proceedings before the court. What can we likely expect from these hearings?
